This spacious home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Three bedrooms are on the main level, including a king en suite, queen bedroom, and bunk room. Upstairs, a private fourth bedroom offers a king bed, twin bed, and full bathroom.

Inside, enjoy a bright living room with high ceilings and Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a comfortable sunroom perfect for dining, morning coffee, or relaxing.

Outside is where vacation really begins! Swim in the private pool, unwind in the hot tub, enjoy the playground, or fire up the gas grill for dinner.

- In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit, Aqua charges a non-refundable fee which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages. When booking through Airbnb this fee doesn't apply to you.
- Payments-50% down upon booking and final payment due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Policy may vary per booking channel. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. Agent will make reasonable efforts to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered to Agent by mail or email. There is no refund for early departure.
