Welcome to your dreamy retreat in the picturesque lakefront town of Harbert! This inviting four bedroom home and pool house (w/fifth bedroom), complete with modern amenities and upscale decor, promises an unforgettable getaway for you, your family, and friends.

With four bedrooms in the main house, one bedroom in the private pool house, and and a total of three bathrooms, this home provides ample space for everyone to unwind comfortably. The stylish decor and cozy ambiance create an inviting atmosphere that will make you feel right at home. The main house first floor boasts an open floor plan, encompassing a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a vibrant living room with an L-shaped sofa and smart TV, and a charming dining room with a wooden table. Coffee enthusiasts will be delighted with the Nespresso machine. Two bedrooms on this level share a full bathroom with a convenient stackable washer/dryer. Ascend to the second floor, where two additional bedrooms await, one of them equipped with a convenient desk. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower adds to the comfort and convenience of this level.

The highlight of this retreat is the expansive grassy lawn featuring an above-ground heated pool with a built-in deck. Watch your kids create lasting memories in the playground, bask in the sun by the pool, or savor delicious barbecues with the gas grill provided. In the evenings, unwind in the private hot tub, creating the perfect ambiance for relaxation and connection. For those seeking extra privacy, the pool house offers a queen bedroom and a full bathroom. Please note the pool house has limited hot water, no heat or AC but a large ceiling fan that keeps it cool during the warmer months.

Pool House- 5th bedroom- No heat or AC but large ceiling fan and limited hot water (small hot water tank).
Railroad tracks behind the house- active trains from time to time.
The pool is 12 ft by 20 ft

Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee (included in the quote before booking) which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages. Also travel insurance is optional.
Payments-50% down upon booking and final payment due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.
