Berrywood Cottage is located on the grounds of Berrywood Farm and is available for stays outside the summer months. Ideal for a couple, young family or group of four, the Cottage is a standalone one-bedroom guest house. The downstairs level's open floor plan features a living room with wood-burning fireplace, dining area and full kitchen with dishwasher. The bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. The queen bed lofted upstairs is complemented by the pull-out couch in the living room. The Cottage's private deck overlooks the upper pond and includes dining table with seating for four and a separate lounging area with two Adirondack chairs. The entire 33-acre grounds are available to explore, including orchard, screened gazebo, two wooded nature trails, Bocce court, small and large fire pits and a large pond for canoeing, paddleboarding and fishing. Berrywood Farm is a short ride to everything the area has to offer including restaurants, galleries, antiques, shops, parks, wineries, breweries, beaches and much more. Come experience Berrywood Cottage to make memories that last a lifetime!

PLEASE NOTE: outside the summer months, Berrywood Farm is offered to guests as three separate units. Some outdoor amenities are unit-specific, but most of the farm's outdoor areas are shared among all guests. You may encounter other groups during your stay, please be a good neighbor and enjoy the community environment.

Shared amenities include the grounds, screened gazebo, lower pond (w/ canoe), wooded trails, glade (w/ disc golf & kids' area), orchard (including u-pick apples, pears, peaches, cherries and Concord grapes, depending on season), bocce court and small and large fire pit. Pool and Pool House are closed in October.

Visiting with another couple or small group? The Cottage pairs perfectly with the Berrywood Loft studio unit right next door.

Elite Berrywood Farm (full property including heated pool) is available during the summer months on a full week basis.

- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit, Aqua charges a non-refundable fee which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages.
