Elite Horn's Hilton is located on 4 acres with all the amenities you need for a quiet and relaxing vacation. This luxury home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, a large screened porch plus a ton of amazing amenities which include a heated pool with slide, hot tub and pickle ball court and a Koi Pond just to name a few. As you enter the front door you see a large TV room with plenty of space to enjoy a movie with your group and this room also includes access to the screened porch. There's also a sitting room across the hall for enjoying some yoga, a good book or possibly doing a little work. To the left of the front door is a half bath and then french doors that enter into the primary suite. This master features a fire place, desk, work out area, couch for lounging and a king size bed. There's also a very large primary bath with a beautiful and very large soaking tub, double vanity and a walk in shower. This bedroom also has access to the hot tub on the back patio plus the screened porch area. The center of this home boasts a beautiful Chef's kitchen with viking appliances, subzero fridge and large island with 6 stools for dining, as well as, a large peninsula with 3 stools. This kitchen is ideal for the entire group to enjoy together. There's access to the large screened porch with lounge seating as well as a large dining table suitable for 12 guests to dine. Next to the kitchen is a beautiful living room with large fireplace plus book shelves, piano and plenty of comfy seating. There are two additional bedrooms and a laundry room located at that end of the house also. Bedroom 2 has two full beds and Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. These two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. This bathroom has a double sink vanity and a tub/shower. Above the garage is the 4th bedroom which includes 2 queen beds and a full bathroom with walk in shower plus a large sectional couch for hanging out. This space is perfect for the kids! The backyard is where you likely will spend the majority of your time. The yard is surrounded by forest but has plenty of space for all to enjoy. There's a large heated pool with slide, 8 person hot tub, outdoor table for dining, lounge chairs, tree house, zip line, tether ball, trampoline, fire pit, raspberry grove and pickle ball court. There's also a pool bathroom, outdoor shower, grill area with wet bar and outdoor mini fridge. The beaches of Lake Michigan in Union Pier are just a mile from the house. You can also enjoy New Buffalo Public Beach or Warren Dunes State Park.

Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee (included in the quote before booking) which provides up to $3000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages. Also travel insurance is optional.
