This 1920 cottage was built by a Great Lakes ship captain. It has been in the same family 80 years. The cottage sits on a bluff hanging over the beach, a mere 56 steps below. Watch sunsets (and the kids) from a screened porch perched above the beach.

A few weeks in this cottage allows you to step back to a slower, simpler time.

The beach offers the finest, whitest sand in the world and provides miles of beautiful barefoot walking.

This is the warm, clean side of Lake Michigan. Lolling and floating in the lake in the heat of summer is an unbeatable experience.

Four bedrooms are located in the main house; the 5th (with bath) is in a guest house next to the garage. Both main house and guest house are air conditioned.

Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages.
Payments-50% down upon booking and final payment due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

Policies
- All Guests required to sign and return our Guest Occupancy Agreement.
- Minimum age of 30 years old to rent.
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Maximum car parking- 2
- No smoking
- NO Pets allowed
- Events, parties and large gatherings are not allowed
- Additional fees and taxes may apply

CANCELLATION POLICY: The deposit is refundable less a $300 cancellation fee if cancelled 90 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 90 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date, unless we are able to re-rent the property for the dates then the $300 cancellation fee applies. There is no refund for early departure.
